- Corporate emails are hashed and discarded. We never store your work email. The verification link confirms your firm, then the plaintext is destroyed.
- k-anonymity gating. No bucket is displayed publicly below a minimum verified-submission threshold. Smaller cohorts get bucketed more coarsely.
- Title ladders mapped across firms. A GS VP, a JPM ED, and a UBS Director sit on the same canonical level — so cross-firm comparisons actually mean something.
- You can leave. Delete your account anytime; prior submissions are anonymized rather than removed, to preserve aggregate integrity.
